I would add to that, you absolutely need time outside as well!!

I try to apply this philosophy daily with my girls in our home education and thought I would share with you (a light version) in this advent season. Being home with my girls is such a blessing to my own heart and mind as I feeling like I'm relearning so many things and rediscovering the world with fresh eyes (although sometimes a little blood shot).

I'm excited about this advent because it's basically the first time I'm going to intentionally observe it. I have an advent wreath, my candles ready to go and a plan with scripture reading and music. Bring on the joy!!
